People
Whilst people are important to any solution, the dependency on people
greatly increases in various parts of the world. Cultures and methods
we take for granted at the centre of a large multi-national
organisation change dramatically as we move to local operations. At
Mykat, we understand these differences and work with our clients to use
these differences to the benefit of all. Specific methods we use
include:
- Formally analysing the needs and agendas of everyone involved
in the project
- Utilising local resources
- Using local language wherever possible
- Communicating on an open and regular basis to all involved in
the project
- Perform regular anonymous monitoring of the team mood,
perceived progress and effectiveness of our communications.
